Art

Being a visual creative has been with me from a very young age and has never been too far away from my thoughts. Growing up though, I didn’t entertain the idea of doing it professionally. It wasn’t until around half-way through my gap years working in hospitality that it occurred to that graphic design could be my calling. Even after practicing as a designer, I have still continued to produce drawings, illustrations and paintings. Some have been purely out of experimentation with varying degrees of success. Others to mark special occasions, to exhibit, or created as commissions. Either way, although I don’t consider myself an ‘artist’, I look forward to having more time to create without the parameters of commerical design.
