Junction Arts Festival 2021
Junction Arts Festival captures and encourages the creativity, imagination and innovation that thrives in Tasmania’s arts communities. Connecting audiences with the most dynamic and innovative new work within the state, it is a staged in Launceston, Tasmania, over 5 days and nights in the first week of September to mark the transition from winter to spring. Junction is a platform for Tasmanians to socialise and reconnect after 'hibernation'.
Junction's festival heart is the fountain in Prince's Square. From here it radiates out to reveal and celebrate Launceston’s unique spaces, connecting audiences with the most dynamic and innovative new work within the state. The identity for Junction Arts Festival 2021 was created in collaboration with artist Tom O’Hern to create a unique, fun and humorous set of illustrations to be used across the festival collateral.
