TSO 2018

Following on from the success of Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra Season 2017, Season 2018 was the second year of the ‘See the Music’ trilogy. Themed Love, Passion, Vitality, Season 2018 featured a repertoire of highly moving, dramatic pieces and a suite of Shakespeare-derived works. Continuing with a design-led approach, each performance had bespoke visuals created that allude to passion of the piece while honouring the musical plot. By listening to each piece while designing and working with TSO’s writer, visual direction for each performance were carefully crafted to work with the season theme, while allowing each to have their own identity that would work independently across various platforms.
