The Taste of Tasmania

When the Christmas left-overs are no more, Tasmanians and visitors alike saddle-up for more feasting and dining at the Taste of Tasmania. Located on Hobart’s waterfront at PW1 and spilling over onto the Salamanca lawns, the ‘Taste’ has become synonymous with catching up with friends over good food and wine to welcome in the yachts finishing the Rolex Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race. Created with client Hobart City Council, this version of the Taste of Tasmania identity enjoyed many years of exposure, celebrated in variety of forms. It’s festive colours are the variety of tastes and cultures that celebrate Hobart’s culinary environment. Now known as the Taste of Summer, the Taste can be enjoyed each year from late December to early January.
